"Like many a good restaurateur, Pappas is of Greek heritage. His menu is northern Mediterranean. The café houses a grocery offering a world market of soft drinks in such flavors as rhubarb, pomegranate, lemongrass, blood orange, kumquat, as well as Italian and Greek food items: jars of roasted red peppers, olive paste, olive jam, onion and fig spread, capers, lady fingers, panetone."
